Floured Hands Pasta School is a make and take pasta experience. Gaining knowledge and artistic creativity throughout a series of progressive in-person classes. Floured Hands creates an opportunity for a shared experience. Each class is tailored for every age, cooking style and ability. This pasta creating pop up school use locally sourced ingredients and creative skill to make a fresh product. Class will be held all around Tulsa Oklahoma. At local breweries, event centers, parks, schools, homes, businesses and more.
Each class has a fun interactive design. From kids classes, to date night, all the way up to professional industry’s.

I am Holly Biersack and I think pasta making is both beautiful and fun. I’ve been in the food service hospitality business for almost 19 years. Though out my professional years I’ve strived to be the best Chef I could be. The kitchen life is always exciting. In 2017 I discovered the simple beauty of combining flour and eggs to make pasta. I became obsessed with it. I created miles of pasta and sold it through menus in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Then in 2022 I completed the Kitchen 66 launch program at The Mother Road Market. I made my dream come true, I created a business that is all about pasta making that shares the experience together. Pasta has a very complicated history. Known around the world in many shapes, forms and traditions. I want to learn all about them and teach what I learn to others, one class at a time.
